In this paper, we present a new method for computing multi-sensor fusion based on occupancy grids.
Occupancy grids는 센서퓨전(integration )에 중요한 framework 이다. Occupancy grids offer a unifying framework for multiple heterogeneous sensor integration using a probabilistic representation of sensor data.
하지만 이러한 integration 연산은 계산 부하가 크다. This integration is computed through Bayesian techniques or evidence combination approaches, both requiring high computation workload using real number representation
본 논문에서는 개선된 multi-sensor fusion의 이론적 공식을 제안 한다. In this paper, we propose a revised
theoretical formulation of multi-sensor fusion using only integer arithmetic.
